September 29, 2008--Something New

This was a completely new show.  It lasted for one, maybe two shows before I called it quits on account of it was on Friday night 11-12am when all sensible people are in the full swing of dance parties and drinking games.  Also, Wisconsin is super cold most nights.  The name of the show was Feed Jim Gannon, a reference to my beloved professor who had lost his job at Beloit the previous year.  The description that I wrote for the website was: "The perfect storm of Glam, New Wave Electronic, British Invasion, Industrial Jungle Pussy Punk, Symphonic Metal, Easy Listening, and Folktronica. Elements of the past and the future combining to make something not quite as good as either."
